The firm operates a state-of-the-art computer network using ADVOKAT, the leading software for lawyers in Austria.

The system enables access to:
every plot of land in Austria via a property database
every partnership and company in Austria via the Companies' Register
solvency information via Kreditschutzverband von 1870 (Credit Protection Agency of 1870)
all national and provincial Austrian regulations via RIS (Federal Legal Information System)
all Austrian court rulings, specialist journals, indexes and law reports available via RDB (Legal Database)
EU documents relating to European law via CELEX
Cash outlays have to be paid by the client.

Library
The firm has its own law library with a comprehensive range of literature (approximately 5000 volumes), law reports, specialist journals, editions of statutes and commentaries as well as all the requisite forms from all areas of the law.

Trusts
The attorneys are registered Trustees with the bar association Vienna ensuring optimum and most secure custody and handling of foreign monies for the investor. You decide whether your trust funds are held in trust accounts or trust savings accounts at a bank of your choice or with the firm's bank, subject to either your own or our best conditions. You will of course be credited with the interest accruing.
